Beginners Yoga
We would like to announce that our 7pm Wednesday class is now specific to individuals who have never practiced yoga before, past practitioners who are returning to yoga and would like to revisit the fundamentals and regular practitioners who would like to enhance and deepen specific postures with the use of blocks and adjustments. This class will still be delivered by Claire Diver. We would like to highlight that this class is for everyone but the focus is geared towards learning more about how each asana (posture) should feel. Regular practitioners will also gain from this class – it can only enhance your home practice.
