Chaitanya Deva has had love and passion for transformational practices such as yoga and meditation since the early ‘90’s.
His journey has led him around the world practising and studying with a wide range of amazing teachers. Chaitanya brings a very calm and present energy to his classes while also bringing a very cheeky sense of humour.
In his yoga classes Chaitanya has a big focus on synchronising the movement with the breath. He likes to create a challenging & rewarding class that holds your attention while at same time using the breath to integrate the changes that are happening in your body & mind throughout the class. Chaitanya has a deep insight into the body & mind from his years of transformational practice as well as over 15 years of working as a massage therapist which gives him a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Chaitanya is also available for private sessions of yoga and meditation to address specific challenges and help deepen your personal practice.
