Jane Morrison
Jane has lived in India, where she trained in the Sivananda style of yoga under Swami Govinananda. Sivananda Yoga is an uncomplicated yet challenging form of hatha yoga that focuses on five key principles – proper exercise (asanas), proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation – and involves 12 key poses. Jane enjoys the holistic nature of yoga, where control of the body allows control of the mind.
